GCSC adopts new late fee to be applied to all fee accounts in arrears.

In its September 12, 2023 Board meeting the Board of Directors adopted the following policy regarding property owners’ fee accounts that are in arrears:

“Beginning the first quarter (January, February & March) of 2024, and continuing thereafter, any fee account that is in arrears after 90 days – one full quarter – a $25.00 late fee per billing cycle will be added to the balance due. This will continue until the account is paid in full or a payment arrangement is made with the GCSC.

A letter informing all property owners of this new procedure will be included in the first quarter fee bill mailing in January 2024.”

The letter was enclosed with the fourth quarter 2023 fee payment bill mailing.
